three questions

1.    Have you been able to identify a robot that can pacify an angry customer?

2.    Can you recommend a machine that develops leadership skills?

3.    Is AI capable of resolving complex relationship issues involving co-workers?

The answer to all of these questions is a resounding "No." Even in a world full of technology, there is no substitute for human training when it comes to workplace communication.

One important conclusion

Do any of the statements below fit the people you manage? If so, those people need workplace communication training.

  • They don’t have good listening skills.

  • They don’t get to the point.

  • They don’t add value to discussions.

  • They don’t prepare for meetings.
